The Catalyst recently concluded a 6-month long intensive leadership journey for emerging leaders at one of the top precious metals organizations in India. The organization is going through a period of immense growth and culture shift under a new leadership team and the purpose of bringing in an external consultant was to enable greater cohesiveness and alignment amongst the critical group of middle management and drive them towards a performance driven culture.
The journey was meant to inculcate strong value-centric behaviours amongst participants to help them evolve as future leaders. Simultaneously, specific skill building needs were identified by the organization to prepare new leaders to take on the full gamut of leadership responsibilities.
