The Catalyst recently launched a program based on the master chef theme for the sales team of a top FMCG organization in India. The learning need for the organization was to help their sales team improve their planning, organizing and time management skill. Further, given that the target audience was the active field sales team, a standard instructor-led program would not have been too impactful.
Business Problem: Help the sales team become more effective in their roles by learning key skills of planning, prioritization and execution of plans.
Diagnostic conducted: Understanding the learning styles of the target group, their key everyday challenges related to the skills being targeted through field visit and telephonic interviews.
