Bespoke Learning Programs
Mini to Full day digital and offline interventions, tailor-made and focused on driving a particular learning outcome, led by a live facilitator, and delivered through interactive, engaging, and realistic formats like quizzes, activities, case studies, activities, and videos.
All Catalyst Programs are designed on a 3-step approach aimed at internalizing the learning:
Action: The learning programs are designed in a way that prompts the learners to take an action through a simulation, quiz, poll, story. The action helps bring out the current level of understanding on the topic.
Reflection: The facilitator then invites the participants to reflect on their existing beliefs, understanding about the topic and shares a fresh perspective.
Application: The next step is to apply the new concept learned with the help of a case let discussion in small cohorts in breakout rooms and share their thoughts with everyone.
Immersive Learning Journey
A 3-12-month personalized learning journey specially crafted by our learning design team are a rich blend of online instructor-led sessions, self-paced readings, live projects, peer learning sessions and coaching sessions which can be easily tracked and measured.
Customised Learning Solution: Customized Program outline exclusively designed based on extended stakeholders to suit individual organizational needs.
Action Focused: Carefully designed for continuous engagement led by polls, quizzes, activities, customized role-plays, simulations, and learning games all aimed at assessing the leaner’s level of understanding of concepts.
Assimilation: Learning reinforcements through online collaborative peer learning sessions and Group/Individual Coaching sessions allowing participants to share best practices and success stories of actual application of learnings to their work and everyday life.
Learning Transfer: Retention and internalization of the learnings through Engaging post-workshop learning resources like action learning tasks, assessments, situational judgement tests, industry related case studies, including videos and reading materials for course reference.
Measurement: Impact of the program is tracked and measured through a variety of quantitative and qualitative techniques.
Simulation Based Programs
Competency based online simulations and collaborative game-based learning sessions that allow for live peer to peer learning and engagement. Participants get a firsthand experience of real-life situations pertaining to leadership, negotiations, decision making, influencing etc.
Simulation Briefing: Each game has a story line that tries to simulate a real-life situation where participants are allowed to practice various strategies and apply learnings in a risk-free environment.
Live Facilitated Sessions: Virtual Live session with a trainer where participants will play a Business Simulation. Multiplayer simulations which allow for live collaboration and where learners are kept engaged through dynamic score boards, leaderboards, and game boards.
Debrief: Instructor Led debrief and reflection sessions after each round/ or the game, at the Individual participant level, Group reflection which allows for peer-to-peer learning which is followed by a Deep dive into the concepts allowing for internalization and Learning transfer to take place.
Report Generation & Personal Action Plan: Depending on the simulation Individual reports will be generated for each participant after the simulation along with a recommended action plan.
