Overview: Board games or offline simulations are serious games which build competencies based on collaborative and strategic thinking that participants engage in during the duration of the game. Participants are divided into smaller groups, each with a game board. These groups compete against each other to achieve certain predefined goals. These games are engaging and cerebral and ideally suited for middle and senior managers. Catalyst has designed its own board games and also licensed board games from Paradigm learning, USA.
